Our selection procedure consists of several steps or selection rounds. Our goal in the admissions process is to find out as much information about you as possible. We understand the choice of employees as a two-way process. It is not just we who decide (we are looking for the right employee to be in the right position) but you too (it should be a position that will motivate you for a long time).

Invitations to a selection procedure usually take a week after the closure of the advertising. Based on the selection of CVs, or telephone pre-selection, our HR managers invite selected candidates to a personal meeting.
